It’s 2007 in Fresno, Texas. Raphael is in jail after being arrested for graffiti. He’s a good kid. It’s just graffiti. So Raphael can’t be blamed for the events that unfolded after his arrest. He’s not responsible for the sting operation, the new Pflophouse compilation, Officer Williams and his delusional suspicions, the meth pipes, the FBI, the rich kids with nothing to lose, Mateo, Larry the Pig, all the knives, the aspiring local TV reporter, the plutonium deal gone bad, or anyone who may or may not die because of that deal gone bad. It’s not Raphael’s fault, but it’s his problem.
